Recruiter (Portugal)
Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiter to ensure several open positions at our offices are filled successfully.
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple requisitions for technical, business, analytical and management roles
- Writing interesting and truthful job ads, in order to attract perfect matched candidates
- Screening and interviewing potential candidates (both online and face-to- face)
- Proactively searching, sourcing and head hunting the best talent through internal and external channels
- Reviewing applications and creating shortlists of candidates
- Providing support in offering, hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates
- Providing feedback to all candidates by phone or email
- Ensuring all related administrative tasks, as well as the necessary support for new and existing employees
